Kru Lundy is a 4th Khan trained by Grand Master Sken. He has been teaching martial arts for over 20 years and in this time he has produced successful English, British, European and World Champions in Thai Boxing, Kickboxing & K1. He has immense great success stories helping people achieve life changes in mind, body and spirit. Lundy is also an award winning ambassador in anti bullying and is an inductee in the International Hall Of Fame of Martial Artists. As well as a Martial Artist Lundy is also a professional actor and stunt performer who has appeared on Sky TV, ITV, E4, Netflix and the BBC. Lundy works in a secondary schools in Blackpool.

Kirsty

Kirsty, Wife of Lundy, is a 2nd Khan certified by Grand Master Sken. She is also a British Champion and has trained many students to Championship level. Kirsty is an inductee into the Hall Of Fame of Martial Artists and has appeared in many UK magazines with her great health and fitness achievements. Kirsty also works as a full time primary school teacher supporting children with learning difficulties.
