1:1 Thai Boxing/Mentoring/Life Coaching personal training is focused on teaching Thai boxing technique and advancing the student quicker than in a group class.

Personal Training is an  energising activity targets all muscle groups resulting in a full-body workout. Lose weight, tone up or get ready competition level whilst having fun and learning an ancient martial art.

These 1:1 Thai Boxing sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities.  Learn how to kick, punch, elbow and knee with confidence. Improve your ability to react quickly in a real-life situation. Builds self-esteem knowing you are capable of defending yourself. Keeping your brain fully engaged at all times will help you learn how to de-stress. This type of exercise releases stress-busting endorphins. Take out your daily frustrations on the pads!
